The CDP Studio Framework version 5.0 was released in May 2025.

 

Install the CDP Framework 5.0 version using "Tools -> CDP Maintenance Tool -> Start CDP Maintenance Tooland selecting "Add or remove CDP versions". and select the CDP 5.0 toolchains you use.


If you have issues with building projects after the update, run the Clean command from CDP Studio project tree.

  • HMI, new user dialog to the Open Bridge wizard. The dialog displays the currently logged-in user and provides a logout option, enhancing user session visibility and control. All five Open Bridge themes now include theme-specific user icons for a consistent visual experience. The ComWidget has been extended to support application-wide signal forwarding. It can now send logout() signals to the main window and receive updates about the current user. Additionally, it supports emitting all global signals, enabling better integration with other components. Finally, the theme.ui file in the Open Bridge wizard has been updated to ensure the correct theme is always displayed on startup, regardless of the initial configuration
